Full Job Description:


As a Finisher, you will deburr, sand and clean parts on repeat or proven part(s) with simple to intermediate complexity on various materials such as aluminum, steel, and with direction from area Lead or Supervisor.



  • Ability to communicate with production lead and supervisor and follow their instructions and assist Lead person as needed

  • Fitting and assembling parts to make or modify jigs and fixtures

  • Study and reading blueprints/part prints to plan sequences of operation for building jigs and fixtures

  • Responsible for utilizing shop procedure including updates, signatures and stamps, labeling and non-conformance related activities

  • Ensure company procedures and “best machine practices” are being followed and are in place at all times, performing additional related duties as assigned

  • Operate a variety of pneumatic or electric power finishing tools such but not limited to orbital sander, DA sander and die grinders.

  • Able to operate manual machines including mills, lathes, drill press, grinders and saws



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Previous finishing experience up to two years

  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions.

  • Basic math and counting skills

  • Knowledge of Shop safety practices and use of PPE

  • Need of purchasing and using your own tools



  • Use of hands to handle, deburr, and finish parts

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, push, reach overhead, and bend to the floor

  • Frequently required to sit and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

  • Specific vision abilities: close vision, depth perception, and adjust focus



  • Calipers: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
