Data Management Specialist

Full Job Description

PJF is looking to fill our Data Management Specialist position. The Ideal candidate would have the following skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work through multiple tasks in a logical order.

· Have a basic understanding of how to upload, download, and organize files.

· Be detail oriented.

· Comfortable working in an office setting.

· Willing to learn new software and filing systems.

· Able to communicate in a calm professional manner (verbally and in email)

· Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities include:

· Downloading and filing all relevant customer correspondence.

· Verifying received files match what was requested.

· Comparing old and new files for changes that may impact a current or completed project.

· Prepping documents for quoters and project managers.

· Archive and unarchive older projects as needed.

· Take on additional assignments as circumstances allow.
